More on Dominant Sevenths

In this saxophone lesson we will expand the number of dominant sevenths that we have covered so far. It is important that you are able to play dominant 7ths in a variety of keys, not just your favourites! Do spend time implementing these into your routine as it is very easy to get into the habit of only practising the scales you have come across early on in your training. A tip here is to create flash cards of different dominant sevenths and then pick a card at random to ensure a variety of practise…or just work through them all! ;-)
