Art Blakey's Moanin' is a great example of a melody created on the blues scale and is a great tune to help get the blues scale under your fingers. In this lesson you will learn how to play the 'head' (the main tune) to Moanin' and will be able to play along with the recording. This is the Tenor version and show you will be using the G blues scale to get along with the recording.
